Can't differentiate covid from flu..In covid asymptomatic cases are also common.so difficult to say.good news is that at your age with a good immunity chances of recovery is very good even if it's covid.
Take care and build good immunity!
No - for your first question.
It can be because continue use of mask also, despite of flu allergy flu and covid .
Because all are viral infection, and suffering may vary depending on how patient gets infected, individuals immune reaction, dietary lifestyle, addiction medication and treatment response may vary from patient to patient.
It is very difficult to differentiate between both conditions. In both conditions symptoms frequently overlap. However predominance of nasal symptoms like running nose and sore throat are more in favour of flu while dry cough, breathlessness, fatigue favours covid-19. Contact tracing is very important factor to differentiate.
Allergic conditions occurs after a trigger that may be known to patient. In nasal allergic condition nasal itching is important
In flu you will have more of nasal symptoms like Running nose, Sneezing, redness of eyes and itching sensation of eyes and throat.
Covid has more of fever , throat pain or irritation, dry cough and dyspnea.
But symptoms can overlap
Frankly speaking..
Very Difficult to differentiate between flu and covid
But if there is no exposure to any positive case.
If you are following the rules and norms of hygiene and social distancing.
If there is no fever, no sob , no cough.
