Feeling Breathless and anxiety
Sometimes in a day, i get pangs of moment where i start feeling that I am getting short of breath, and there is a lot of anxiety due to feeling of hyperchondria. And i feel food in my mouth and slight pain in lower part of chest, seems to be musuclar. No cough and no fever. I also got my ecg and chest xray done 2 months back and it was fine. Had a past history of gerd.

problem seems to be because of acid reflux only..consult a physician and start taking antacids. dietary modification is needed,include salads and fruits in diet. avoid spicy and oily food. more exercise and walk is needed!
