Chest & Breathing Problems

This happens mostly in night when I lie down in bed then I am unable to breath properly due to which I am having chest pain. This is happening since 20 days and I have started exercising as well from last 1 and a half month.

Feeling inside weak cannot exercise chest pain no cough no temperature stool is ok ECG last week ok body oximeter 94

Felling unconfortable and stifness in left side of chest, shortness of breath. sharp pain in upper back left side right behind heart area. Extreme pain in left shoulder when lifting the hand and trying to swing the hand. Feeling stifness in upper part of sternum right between chest.

I will have to take long breath sometimes and when I take breath that time my stomach, head pain and chest too and didn't get satisfaction of breathing And I have psoriasis and arthritis disease due to that many time it's had happened but now pain is in more quantity and headache too And my nose and throat is dry for that I am taking treatment for 5 years for nose and throat @ ENT I did test of Blood and cheat x-ray and it is Normal my psoriasis arthritis tablets name Folitrax 15 -Methotrexate Folvit Saaz DS Nucoxia Ebonu 20 - Rebeprozol

I'm experiencing random shortness of breath (not always but sometimes during the day and not when I'm sleeping) I'd like to know what could be the possible reasons? I experienced this symptom way back in Dec 2019, it went away on its own and again occuring for the past few days.

I have some dry nose and sore throat every time last 10 years,and sometimes also feeling shortness of breath.I have consulted many doctors, some of them said it's a nasal allergy and gave some nasal spray but it's not working properly.. then someone told me consult the pulmonologist.. I met a pulmonologist.. and they suggested me for some test such as chest X ray, FENO, PFT, and CBC, but my all test seems normal... What's going on, I don't know ...please suggest me ...

For past 15 days, I have this constant feeling of something stuck in throat.. and for 12 days have chest pain.. chest pain increased in intensity 3 days back.. now it's mild.. consulted an ENT specialist who diagnosed Acid Reflux and advised cap Pan D and syp Sucrafil 1000 mg for 7 days.. Chest pain is now less but feeling of lump in  throat is there.. When chest pain intensified, got Echo stress test done, which came out ok. ENT specialist advises to consult chest physician.. Please advise to relieve throat lump and chest pain.. thanks

Today I have done my PFT, CBC, chest x-ray, and feno test. My feno test final result is 17 pb b. What is it means.?

I am having cough from a week . I was using Unicotin 400 mg and from last 2-3 days there is a heaviness in chest I'm using opox200 however there is no fever and other symptoms.. In night times the cough is coming continuously .. please suggest the tablets and right treatment and also for chest heaviness
