Breathing free treatment
Dear sir Some time am getting heavyness in chest  since 3 days . I feel bored like depression and confusion .. because my friends mother and his uncle passed away. Since than my mood got little slow and worried can u advice me any tablet pls ..she passed away with ARDS ..and other his uncle with heartattack..just I went to seen them in hospital 1 time and I used mask and sanitiser .. Pls tell now what precautions have to use with any multicitamin tablets or home remedies ..

Your Breathing problem is called Sighing or sigh. It happens in many conditions but in your case it's stress of some one loosing. Do deep breathing exercises. Which will help out of the Breathing difficulty.

Hello noted above sad news . Losing someone nearer in such difficult time and fateful disease is sad. My condolences. But going to hospital just once using precaution didn’t contract disease.
