Chest & Breathing Problems

Oximeter reading keeps changing.

My father's oximeter reading first shows Spo2 levels 96 then reduces to 95, 94 again increases to 95 then again reduces to 93 and 92. It keeps on increasing/ decreasing. This is worrisome. Which reading should I consider? Given normal Spo2 levels are 95-100, reducing at 93 to 92 is worrisome. Please suggest.

Recovering from corona, pneumonia, lung

Need advise on her current status and future action on her condition. Might require a chest expert to look for her lung condition right now, once she gets discharged. Right now in hospital since 7 days in ICU on oxygen and occasionally on bi pap if required. Other parameters are ok. We are concerned about what should be our plan of action once she gets discharged. Right now her TLC is high. The last chest xray is also attached herewith. Please guide.

Yellow Phelgm even after Antibiotics.

My father had started with fever and sneezing. Had take Azithromycin 500 for 5 days, thereafter no fever. X-ray showed mildly prominent bronchovascular markings and horizontal fissure. Doctor prescribed Doxycycline 100 twice daily for 5days. My question is My father's phelgm is still yellow after taking Azithromycin and Doxycycline. Can the antibiotics be continued? Or should it be stopped.
