Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi I had some muscle kind of pain in my left chest. Then I quit smoking. After that I got bad acid reflux and my chest pain worsened. Then because of prolonged sitting, I got discomfort in my left chest. For the past two days, I am experiencing sharp pain and I feel it is kind of travellin, sometimes to right chest, sometimes to neck and i feel difficulty in breathing sometimes

After dinner when i am lying down, feeling chest pressure and a thin sound is coming while i am breathing in.Also using AC in night time. I am having no cough and cold.

From last 3 month i am feeling disturbance in my breath also some chronik pain in right chest how can I diagnose it..what is this..

Whenever i lie down and close my eyes, i sometimes feel pulsation and sudden little dizziness tightness in my back head which come and goes upon breathing in and out, it continues for sometime and eventually settles down. Sometimes i dont feel it at all or Sometimes i feel it while sitting as well, i have Anxiety disorder,my b.p.m usually remains between 80-90 bpm.

I awake in night due to breathlessness many times I am unable to sleep from few days . And also I have pain in my shoulder ribs and neckm What could be the issue and whom to consult?

Sometimes in oxymeter...its showing 95 and after few seconds its showing 98.. 97.. is this normal???

Ayurvedic cigarette are safe. Ayurvedic or organic cigrette have contain smoke. So I just confused that thing.

Hello sir I was diagnosed abdominal tb 4 months ago so I want to know when my lymph nodes disappear and how to know my tb is cure and when. Recently I am fine and taking rcinex 600 and combutol 800. Is this tablet enough for cure tb. I attached CT scan. I want to know I was diagnosed with pulmonary tb in 2018 and I took proper treatment but again tb diagnosed in June 2020. On doctor advice my chest CT scan also done it shows report is attached. Please tell me what is the meaning of collapse consolidated left  upper lobe with tiny calcification and also after treatment why subcentimer lymph nodes still present. Is it mdr tb or how to check for MDR. No cough no weight loss and one one thing what is heterogeneous lymph nodes.
