Monticope or inhaler using for long term

I have allergic rhinitis ,I feel breathless and I won't be able to sleep properly. In the morning I will be sneezing continous or coughing a lot. Which is better option to take long term monticope tablet one in night or esiflo 125 inhaler at night 2 puff.
