Corad 5 means a very high likelihood of the lungs being infected by COVID 19. The antigen and RT PCR when negative are not sacrosanct. You have to look at the clinical history before making a judgement. That’s where a good doctor’s judgement is essential. I just wish you go back to your doctor and discuss the case threadbare or see a specialist of your choice.
