Chest & Breathing Problems

I had cold, cough and fever a few days ago. Took Azithromycin 500 for 5 days. Thereafter on the last day of antibiotics, I coughed up blood with phelgm twice. Thereafter no blood, but after two days there was blood once in my nose mucus. Went for a Chest X ray on the suggestion of a Doctor. On seeing the X-RAY the doctor told me that I need immediate CBC, CT scan as my lung condition is very bad. My x-ray report only shows mildly prominent bronchovascular markings and horizontal fissure. On consultation with another doctor I was told it is common in old age and especially when you have cold and cough. I have been given antibiotics, steroids and cough syrup again. Is the X ray really bad? I have attached the photos. Do I really need a CT scan of lungs? Please suggest Doctor. I am really worried.

My father was having fever 10 days ago, he was prescribed Azithromycin 500( 1tablet daily for 3 days) and paracetamol by a physician. After taking the medications for 3 days his condition did not improved so he was prescribed Augmentin 625 tablet by a doctor. At that point of time he was having fever around (102-104). He started taking the medications but after 2 days his condition worsened, he was having shortness of breath. So we took him to the hospital. There his RTPCR for covid was done( haven't received the results yet).The doctor there prescribed him with clavam 625 and sone other medications for 5 day period. But we game him augmentin for the next 3 days. As both augmentin and clavam are same medicine.His  condition is slightly improved. His fever is now (100-102) some times of day like afternoon. Shortness of breath is still existing but less. Should i give him the clavam 625 medicine now? So to sum up he is taking antibiotics from the last 8 days. Plz answer sir

Hi, From 3 days I feel discomfort/pain in right upper side of right side chest . I went to gastric doctor he told it's because of acidity & gave Pantocid 40mg & rifagut tablet. Have been taking from 2 days. But still I feel discomfort in right side of my chest. Kindly help & should I go for Xray

Hi..A persin who got covid and gets negative after 21 days can we meet with that person and can we be in close contact with that person after 2 months?is there any possibility of covid or anything??

Almost every day I am taking Montek LC for last 2 years . If I will not take I wont able to sleep due to breathlessness.So is it safe to use montek LC every day.. how many days I will take ?

I am feeling uneasy while breathing and also feels tired. I tested for covid and found Negative. No cold and no cough problem. I have taken azythromycin for 3 days.

How to come out from oxygen dependency, day time without cylinder, how to improve breathing. No symptoms of fever.
