I was in hospital got treated for covid with dexa and antibiotic injections discharged yesterday my heart beat is very slow it shows 48 to 49 bpm is it serious

Having breathing issue since 2-3 month despite doing exercise, Dr asked me to to Ct scan in that report found that there nasal septum diverted mildly towards left side,where dr asked me to do operations, Can it be cured without operations??

On 30th September, I had some discomfort below my left chest. On 1st Oct the discomfort increased & since it was below the left chest, our local doctor suggested to get an ECG done, which came out to be clear. The doctor gave medicine for gas and digestive. But the discomfort was still there. After  2-3 days we got the sonography done which showed grade 1 fatty liver and faeces in the colon. Post which doctor gave constipation medicine, antacid & cholesterol medicine. After 2-3 days of taking these medicines the pain was still there and the doctor suggested to do a chest xray. The xray report also was normal. Post which the doctor gave a pain killer (Tramazac P)  which reduced the discomfort and pain. I took 9 tablets, however still feeling discomfort below left chest and I can feel swelling around bottom of left ribs. Please advise.

Hello there Greetings. Respected Doctors I think I have got Pulmonary Embolism. The points on my ribs pains. Shoulder pains..but point specific. I can't feel full breath. The chest is tight. Certain points are paining on the ribs. I feel enough O2 is not coming inside. I googled up it says PE? I am suffering from past one and half year . I have been to several doctors in the past but with no correct diagnosis. I can't visit any Doctor coz my town is still battling heavily with covid. For the time being pls suggest me how much time I have left with me? Regards
