Chest & Breathing Problems

I have mold allergy since 10 years mainly from old enclosed clothes and unventilated rooms. I only had wheezing on coming in contact with these items. But since 3 4 months I'm having consistent wheezing which gets little worse at night before sleeping. I also have mild gastritis but on endoscopy the doctor said wheezing isn't due to gastritis and to check with pulmo. Now my gastritis is under control but wheezing hasn't gone although it is a little better now. What could be the cause for this months old wheezing? I don't have cough. Also since wheezing started i have been feeling very tired and unable to exercise. I used to exercise before that regularly. My height 5'11" weight 74kg.

I am suffer from chest pain , and shortness of breath since 10 days . So what is the cause of this. And what is the treatment of this problem. Please explain me . If you want my x ray then I will share with you . May be your reply come as soon as possible .

My wife was diagnosed with positive 3 tb at Aug. 1. After starting ATD from DOT he was diagnosed with drug induced thrombocytopenia. 2. After it was determined by doctor, Rifampicin was stopped and platelet count went normal. 3. Initially during sept Doctor started with Levifloxacin 750 and ethumbutol 1000. 4. Then included INH 300 and Pyrazinamide 1500. After having these for last one and half months. Now I can see 2 symtoms. 1. Though recurrence has reduced but sputam is till generating during night. 2. Last 2 days once blood came with sputam and it was fully red that time. Is it anything serious..

I am having wheezing sound when I breath in and hence I have  consulted pulmonologist, he asked me to do PFT and FENO test. FENO test shows 58 which is severe. I am not asthama patient too, PFT shows 72%. How serious is it? do I need to take any precautions? I am using symbicort 320 twice a day.

Hi , I am 24 , I have asthma since 10 years , I am on ICS+LABA , however I have noticed that I often have low saturation 92-94 Should I be worried about this ?
