From last 3 days i have mild fever and mild breathing problems in these days i take some medicine and i overcome from the fever but breathing is an issue what should I do and weakness is also there

Patient found covid positive and with lungs infection. Now condition is stable after 5 days of treatment. No fever since 5 days, Rare episodes of cough. But shortness of breath is still happening. SpO2 level remain 91-92 which was 87-90 3 days ago. Vitals report, chest CT reports and list of Medicine being given are attached for reference. Now I would like to know the further course of action as 5th day of medicine is over now. Should I continue the all medicines or some of them to be stopped/ added? Please advise. New Medicines added from 19-04-21- 1-Repsules budecort + duolin (nebuliser with ) X three times a day 2-Revaroxaban- 2.5 mg- BD

Hi Doctor, My father is covid positive. We have done his CT scan. Please suggest if report is critical. It's been 11 days since he got the symptoms. And since test is positive it's been 6 days. Please help!

I am 37 YO, was covid-19 +ve in December-20 with just little cough and cold. No fever, no shortness of breath. I was feeling heathy without any issues. RT-PCR done after 15 days and another one in feb-21 was negative. But there was a little feeling of shortness of breath and after all this time it seems persistent. Oxygen levels are 94-97. With some days i felt dizziness and had a day when bp shoot up and had a sensation of heavy head. Also a strange pain persist in bottom left part of ribcage in back also on left sode of chest. Felt its kind of muscular pain due to working for long hours on computer and would go away. But in this strange time, everything feels suspicious and now i am trying to eliminate suspicious thoughts and find solutions.

My brother tested covid positive few days ago he has been taking medicines and his health has improved now however while taking deep breath there is a pain in the middle of chest and he is coughing little bit. Please suggest should he go for CT scan.
