Do I need to take HRCT after testing covid negative after 15 days of quarantine?please answer my question

I have acid reflex issues, initially I consulted doctor and he asked me to reduce weight. I reduced nearly 14 kgs in 1 year.. 99 to 85.. in the mean time the doctor gave tablets like rantac, pan d.. but for past 6 to 8 months.. I have the same issue with breathing problems.. doctor has Said life style changes which am doing by sleeping little high pillows and eat dinner early etc.. my mouth becomes very dry.. I keep drinking water.. but still no cleared.. I took a tablet called montac lc which I use normally for sneezing allergy.. so when I have this dryness symptom which slowly starts into breathing problem.. i take montac lc every 2 or 3 days once.. this tablet makes me normal.. I want a remedy..kindly suggest me some solution.. thanks in advance

My father ,age 50 had fever 3 days ago . He had body ache with fatigue .I gave paracetamol and it get relieve but he still weak and after fever ,a  small degree chest pain occurs in lower chest . Some time chest pain goes away but at night as he lying chest pain occur again . Ha can not lying by either side . He feel pressure in chest and always say ,put some heavy stuff on my chest . What should I do,bcz it's a Corona time and doctors are very busy in this pandemic. Can I do something at home.Plz help

I am having shortness of breadth past 2-3 days.. nose blocks in btwn.. could this be a sign of Covid.. I had shivering and head heaviness past 2-3 days and taking med for it but still have head heaviness and shortness of breath.. i work in night shift.. can this be due to stress. Or should I get myself tested for covid.

I am healthy and my mother is also fine.but for precaution we both take steam regularly at night so is it safe we take hot water steam in which add kalonji and boil then take so i want to know is it safe or not to take steam regularly?

Hello doctor my dad is 52 years old and he took the first dose of covishield vaccine last Saturday (11th April)on 16 th April he experienced slight fever(99.5)and slight cough.Today is day 3 and fever has come down close to 99 without crocin and cough has also reduced.Should I be concerned about covid?His spo2 saturation is 98-99

I tested positive for covid a few days ago. and i am under these medications. i am good now. there is no breathing issue, but i am having dry cough. i had viscodyne, reswas, and chericof, but its not curing. then my doctor prescribed levofloxacine 750, but after taking this i feel like my cough has worsened. though i have e history that whenever i catch a cold or something and my coughing starts, ot does not recovers before 2 months or so. what is the problem, and what should i do now?
