Chest & Breathing Problems

D Dimer came out very high : 2780 ng/ml and Doc suggested to take  cleaxane 60 ss (twice for 5 days). RBC ,CRP reports are normal (attached). Should I go for another round of test to confirm ? Should I get the CT scans done ? Is there any underlying problem as well? I'm very worried after reading about materials on d dimer test results . My wife is undergoing Covid treatment since 11 April no breathing problem no coughing . Had intialy continous fever between 100-101 range for 5 days in every 8hr and sore throat.  She is now just left with only minor cold symptoms. Her SpO2 is 98 and BPM is 90-105 consistently since day 1. Rapid test is -ve , rtpcr is unavailable at the moment .

He is suffering from wet cough since 5 yrs which has tremendously arose within this 2 months which sometimes results to pain near heart area.. We have been referring to various specialist for this issue but none is having effect... Currently we were in touch with late Dr. Suresh Shinde sir.. My father is still currently using his medicine prescription drugs because only through that he has been feeling some ease.. The prescription is montex lc, rotomac inhaler, Equilibrium10, and nazal spray.. Now we are facing some difficult time due to this disease and covid problems and news.. Kindly assist us

Sir/ma'am My grandfather aged 68 is diabetes patient, is suffering from pneumonia. His covid 19 report is negative. His lung x-ray is attached. Please help me know if it's curable and is it mild or severe pneumonia and what are the chances of getting it cure successfully. Thanks

We had a CT scan amd the score is 9/25 as of 14/04/2021. The doctor said to admit her. But my mother is telling she is feeling way better and she doesn't want to be admitted. It has been about 12 - 15 days since this started. She also took the covid vaccine before all this happened. I can also see that now she is looking more energetic now. What should i do? Hi, I've been having some kind of chest heaviness feeling for more than a week. Initially I thought this would be more of a gastric problem but now I don't think so. I've been taking quite a bit of stress at work lately. Should I consult a doctor and how serious this could be? Thanks for your advice.

She having asthma,and now having symptoms of covid, oxygen saturation fluctuate decrease upto 84 increase upto 94. Covid report negative,but having cough,fever,. We are giving oxygen buying from Medical store. Can we give nebulisation and oxygen simultaneously.. please suggest why oxygen saturation fluctuate. What we have to do. Is it fluctuate due to fear or any thing elderly..can we gave nebulisation and oxygen simultaneously.please reply

My mother CT scan after 3 months of Covid says... Scattered alveolar ground glass appearanxe noted right upper zone, right base. Follow up case of Covid 19 now reveals residual lesions. ... ? Koch's lesions Is this normal report? Does she needs medication? Is this fibrosis?

My uncle was diagnosed with pan sinusitis. Last year 2020 Feb he consulted pulmonologist and took some medicine for 3 months but after 3 months due to covid we didn't get a chance to meet the doctor again. Now he is not taking any medicine except BP tablets every day. Could you please suggest whether we can go for covid vaccine or do we need to do any tests before taking vaccine. Hey, I am going to toughest phase of mine life. It is much tougher than covid treatment which I had got around  6 week( 25th Feb 2021). My ct scan at time of covid showed 40% Infection. I did x ray after one month( 25th March 2021) of treatment and it came all clear. I was not on oxygen support during my admission for 5 days.  Now,  I have developed fear of sp02 . I measure 50-60 times in a day. I have 4 oximeter to confirm reading.I measure after taking bath, after climing staiers ,after running for 6 min continuously, while seating incline, while lying down... My sp02 ranges different in different Position...sometime , it shows 96-97 and sometimes show 97-98. If it remains 98 then I feel good but if it gets below 98 , I start panic. I have read many things abouts lung fibrosis and same goes inside mine mind. I cry for an hour if sp02 goes around 95-96( sometime only). I am really stressed due to this... Please help( ready full and please not just reply to consult online.please)

Patient is having saturation of 85-89 when lying and 92-93 when she sits. Her TB medication are going on. If she is on 2L oxygen than she maintains the saturation of 92-95. How can saturation brings back to normal ???
