Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello. Congestion, phlegm production and cough have been persistent for about 10 days. Covid test taken when symptoms started was negative. Steaming about 6-7 times a day - symptoms seem to be stable but not improving. Require advice on next steps.

We were taking amoxicillin for last 5-6 days...n when xray done today shows same...do we opt for ct? How to be sure is it covid pneumonia or normal pneumonia..any test for that?is the amoxicillin only medicine to be taken in either kind of pneumonia

In january this year i had an issue where i would wake up in the morning and cough up which would have blood in it. it usually happened in the morning when i wakeup and spat. rest of the day it was fine. i also used to have palpitations, chest pain and shortness of breath when i used to lie down. but these would go away when i burped. doctor advised some xrays and blood tests which was normal. this bloody sputum stayed for a month and half and went away. "But from the past couple of days i am having palpitations chest pain and shortness of breath. also having alot of burps. and today morning i coughed up blood as well. i also have slight pain in my throat too." i have attached the picture of todays cough with blood. kindly suggest.

Covid patient ,home isolation is referred by doctor but after 4 days constant cough is their what to do...

Why few people have mild symptoms while others have severe complications in Covid? Even few people are asymptomatic, is it completely dependent on your immune response?
