Chest & Breathing Problems

I am a 73 year old man. I have dry cough since a week, whenever I cough there is severe pain and burn in my chest and throat and have difficulty breathing. I am taking a lot of medicines for the same. Cap doxy lb 100mg Tab azee 500mg Tab predmet 4mg Cap Uprise D3 60k Tab ivermectin 12mg Tab Zincovit Tab HCQ 200mg Syp Phensedyl Lr. I don't know what is actually happening.

I had weird smells since a month, most of the foods smell foul to me. It didn't go away and then I am having chest pains since 2 days, the pain is intense when I sleep. Should I consult doctor. Why do I smell like that? And I also get tensed every time.

If a person have no problem in breathing, then can we say his/her oxygen level is safe without checking through oximeter.

Hi Doc, Hope you are doing good. My husband had tested positive for covid and today is his 13th day from onset of symptoms. His ct score was 11/25 on 21st April  (9th day). D dimer was normal, feritinin and il6 was on higher end and he is on antibiotics, inhalers, steroids, anti coagulants as per doc advise. . His axillary temp remains 98-99 but still he has mild cough. please see the attached reports My query is can he end his isolation after 14th day if he still has mild cough and mingle with others in family ? Or do we need to extend his isolation? As there are elders n babies in home. Does he need to wear mask at home after ending isolation? Please advise on the protocol. There is too much confusion here

Can I take Covid Vaccine if I have mild COPD. I take Budetrol - 200 once on a daily basis. Will vaccine be safe for me?
