I have been advised today by my doctor after my PFT test.. That I am suffering from moderate to severe asthma. I just wanted to know, how much serious the situation is ? What all things/activities should I restrict ?

Yes it’s there...and it’s significant obstruction U need further testings also like blood tests and CT scan
