How can I treat Asthma permanently?I want to go in army but I diagnosed with asthma early in my childhood and now I am 18years old but still sometimes I feel that the problem of Asthma is coming again in my life otherwise I was going other activities very well like running , being in sports etc.

I have Asthma so please suggest me what can I do because I want to go in army and for that how can I clear medical of army because of asthma I think I can get rejected their

Hi I was tested Covid positive on 12th April. It's been almost over a week now I've recovered from other Covid symptoms but from last 2 days I'm suffering from cough and chest pain.
