My wife has mild symptoms of covid 19 two days . Her covid test is also positive. Can any one help me in prescribing medicines for covid 19. As she is in home isolation . Please help I have to small kid

Hi, I got my Chest CT done to check the cause of cough and chest pain after testing Positive for COVID. I wanted to know if the lungs are infected or if there's any other complications. I've attached the report here, everything seems to be normal but I just wanted a conformation. I still have Cough and chest pain though even after taking TusQ and Tab.Mucinac 600mg for 7 days. Is that a concern?

Please elaborate about the test report. Asap.so we can consult accordingly .please let me know what does the report say and whats the status of patient.
