Chest & Breathing Problems

My dad was diagnosed with lung TB in March and has been on the prescribed medication ever since. I'm attaching 2 xrays one from march and one from May. Could you please assure if it's a good progress or not. It's been 2 months since tb meds and the regimen is 9 month long. Please share some views. He feels absolutely fine now and has no issue whatsoever. Just for reassurance

He is taking low dose steroids after chest CT score 5/25. Even though he is still coughing. Steroids will be stopped today. Please suggest what to do next. Cough looks dry one normally and no feel of stressful.

I have a mild chest pain ( right in the centre of the chest). Should I be worried? I am 26, recovered from covid a month ago, and am 25 kgs over weight.
