How to test lung health at home? I have seen on YouTube and on WhatsApp forwards where it was mentioned that if you can hold your breath for more than 1 minute then you have healthy lungs.. is it true? BTW, I can hold my breath for 1 and half minutes.

I have a throat iching problem it genearlly occurs at night when i in deep sleep ...this makes me uncomfortable very much... the iching happens inner side of throat at the end of tongue

I was tested covid-19 positive on 4th of may with no symptoms, home isolated without steroids and oxygen support. Now I have mild fatigue with mild cough or (no cough) had congestion for two days, with Montekulsta for 10 days I do not have any breathing issue as of now, whenever I take steam inhalation I get white clear phlegm with black streaks (no phlegm without steam inhalation) from 2 days, with no other symptoms, with modrate sugar level 158 after food, please suggest if  I should go for any test to be sure of black fungus infection..

Dear Doctor, I have recently recovered from covid, but there was pain at tonsillitis are two days back but now its not there but Again little pain and tight ness in chest ribs area unable to sit on sofa with out back support I have astama . At the time of covid I used inheler, palmoclear tabs and antibiotics, and vitamin tab. Please suggest why the pain is there and body parts shakes at sleeping time.

My grandfather is fully vaccinated 15 days before. Today I just random check his spo2 is showing 92 & 90 in sleeping position. No fever no cough nothing any symptom is there. What should be the next step for him. He has dibeties and high BP.
