Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi , I have 3 months of post covid. I am seeing difference in sp02 while seating incline position. It is coming as 95-96 while incline position whereas it is 98 when I sit on chair and measure. Please suggest. ( Please read question properly once)

My mother admitted for 10 days in Hospital as SPo2 falles and CT score 10/25 doctor tells might be fibrosis developed . Now it's 12 days from Discharge and 25 days from Positive On Oxygen @0.5 ltr/min but Spo2 level not Maintain a d sudden increase in pulse . Sop2 during sleep with Oxygen 94- 97 Spo2 during sleep without Oxygen goes upto 85 Spo2 when not slept with oxygen 94-98 (on bed) Spo2 when not slept without oxygen 91-95(onBed) During movement on Bed Or side Change  Fall in SPo2 up to 85-87 and sudden spike in Pulse from 75 to 125/130 CRP  - 12 mg/dl D Dimer - 0.25 ug/ml 3 day earlier Now Medicine Nintedanib 150 mg -BD Apixaban 2.5 mg -BD Vic C-OD Zincovit -OD Nebulization dolin&buducort BD Mucinac 600  - SOS

Today is 19 th day after covid infection, now I am recovered from covid .At present I am suffering from cough, sometimes I am feeling slight chest pain . It may be due to weakness. Oxygen Saturation is coming 96-98. Doctor has prescribed for d-dimer test, crp test of blood, and CT scan of chest plain and contrast if needed.  Please suggest should I go for CT scan . Because now body is very weak, there are harmful  rays during CT scan, there may be chances of infection during CT scan. Please suggest whether CT scan of chest to be done or not.

20 days before , I had one day fever and body pain , I took medicines ( ivermectin, zinc, montec lc, multivitamin , doxycycline, etc.) , Fever and body pain went away next to next day but felt breathlessness for 5 days . Then I was fine . But 5 days before , I felt little pinching pain in right lung and breathlessness , I took Azithromycin for 3 days and the pain is gone but still feeling a little breathlessness ... Can I take vaccine in such conditions ? Or should I postpone it ? I have got today's date . Please help and suggest me what to do . 🙏

Good afternoon doctor, I have been tested covid positive on 16.05.2021, I have recovered from covid and tested Negative on 24.05.2021. But I have not recovered from cough. During the time of eating and talking I am getting more cough. If I take deep breath I am feeling bad odour from my nose. I have taken Ascoril LS, but of no use, still I am getting cough. My oxygen level is in between 94 to 96.  I don't have breathing problem. In 1996 I suffered from TB and I have used medicines for six months. Kindly suggest.

Do I need to use Turbuhaler after taking low dose steroids for 2 weeks. Since my dry cough is still persists. any suggestions for its uses and side effects.

How many days to taken covid medicine & what is tha home isolation time,after 7 days can we go covid test, can you please explain once,thank you.

Unable to sleep on the right side .if slept on the right side then feelingof breathe less mess. No mucus is coming in the coughs but Continuous cough is there

My mother is suffering from dry cough for few months. She tried everything for that but nothing worked. She was recovered from covid in April. Before and after cough was there but in between covid cough was not there. Can you please suggest some proper treatment.

My aunt has just seen a doctor for pain in lungs and continuous sneezing and she has been prescribed two inhalers ( budatrol 200 mg and metaspray nasal spray 10 mg ) , Montek lc and d rise 60 k capsule ... That doctor was very good but we forgot to ask her a q. - " can she take generic medicines from dawai dost , they give medicines of same composition but different company name " ... So can we buy that or we have to take medicines with same name ? .. please help as we r not able to reach the doctor ..
