Chest & Breathing Problems

It has been 40 days since I had covid , I developed dry cough 10 days after covid onset  which is still there but after taking montekulast and leverecetrazine cough is little less from past 2 days but I feel tightness in chest . I have attached picture of my ct scan from 2 days back. Please help

Could you pls see the report attached and guide me.. What is typical viral pneumonia - corads 4. Do I need go take separate medicine for that? Present I'm using covid medicine.

My mother has dry cough from 3 weeks and she has gone through tests like CPR, lungs xray,rtpc which are all fine, need to know wht cough is not getting healed.

May I know why am I feeling breathless while lying down which resolves when I turn sideways. I have no cough or fever and I am otherwise healthy.

She has recovered from covid 3 weeks back but she still has cough with congestion (reduced a little now) but her heart rate was 117 yesterday then she took one Evapump tab and since then it is around 95. Is it okay to take this medicine whenever the pulse rate goes high? She has been tested negative for Corona now (checked twice through RT PCR) Also 2 weeks back the pulse rate went as high as 157 with BP 131/82.

Doctors, I have already taken tablet Methylprednisolone 4 mg daily once for two weeks as per Pulmonologist’s advice. I assume that the steroids will have some side effects as well as suppress immune system. I don’t have BP and Sugar. Query: 1. How long side effect will exist in general? 2. Upto how many days, it will suppress the immune system after taking Methylprednisolone 4 mg? 3. Is there any risk factor in future after consumption of this tablet? I have right side chest pain from 20 days,pain start with some walking  I have do chest x ray and ultrasound but its normal what is the problem please guide me

Is there any problem if someone gets vaccinated(covaxin) after 20 days of recovery from covid ... No hospitalization was done nd no problem was there ... But patient had covid medication ... Is there any problem is it too early to get vaccinated ? Will there be any problem to patient??

It's almost 20 days from my early symptoms of head ache, fever,throat infection and congestion. After 20 days still my nose get blocked and light headache. Is it normal ?Do I still need isolation? When I can start with my routine? Any test are required?
