Chest & Breathing Problems

My wife is preagnant with 10 weeks, she had fever of 100.5 at time of taking RAT kit for covid 19 and she got positive, today is 3rd day she has given rtpcr at ir approved government hospital, and the result is negative. So is it covid or not.

Hi, I'm struggling with chronic throat issue for a while. Especially during winter or when the weather is cold, I struggle a lot. I feel like a blob like substance in my throat which irritates a lot and I have to do swallow like movement all the time. This issue aggregates during night time more. I have dust allergy and feel like Bangalore weather adds to the misery (pollen and other elements). I got my chest X ray done last year and the respiratory system appeared fine but with few spots of Bronchitis. Can someone help me with some suggestions and whom to visit ( ENT specialist or a pulmonologist)? Thanks in advance!!

I recovered from Covid around 10 days ago. My symptoms were mild and I recovered while in isolation at home. However, after the recovery (testing negative), I have developed chest congestion and I can hear the noises in chest while breathing (with difficulty). This also leads to coughing. This problem was not there during my first two weeks when I was Covid positive. I took Muciday-N for 2-3 days (once per day) but it is not helping much. Please suggest alternate/better medicine or should I continue with Muciday-N? Thanks, Amardeep

Since 2017 ( blood in sputum : it's on / off ) got lungs CT scan done it's normal . Blood comes not always , but yeah sometimes streak come clotted / fresh both. Shown to chest specialist in 2017. Till now I couldn't find out the reason of blood coming in sputum. In 2017 for CT scan of Sinusitius done . Deviated septum was diagnosed. Now since 1 month I m having fever till 100 f and breathing problem especially from left side ( nostril , chest pressure ) along with breathing issuse my left chest neck arm shoulder teeth eyes also pain.. Please help , any specific test I have to get it done to find out actually cause of this . Breathing is not normal from left side there is a some pressure I have to take long breath , I get tired while speaking and walking this problem I m having since 1 month. Please help

Hi, I feel chest discomfort mostly in center or sometime on little left side, I also feel back pain in center areas. Consulted gastroenterology last year for this issue, done endoscopy and chest X-ray, but no issues except gastric problem. But after again 1 year, I feel the same discomfort.

Hi doctor, A month ago I was tested positive for COVID19 and tested negative on 5th May. After recovering, I have developed hypoxia(SpO2 @88) although recovered from it by next couple of days(SpO2 @96-99). At present I'm experiencing a dry cough and pain in the chest, specialy around right lower front of the lungs, center area and around the left armpit. What can it be? Is it a sign of onset of condition like post covid pulmonary fibrosis? I haven't developed fever after 5th May and other symptoms have improved or vanished completely. I haven't done any blood tests or CT scans yet. Thank you

I am 20 years old now and i was facing difficulty in breathing since 5 years...have consulted pulmnologists and cardiologist many times. Done all test like ct scan,xray,2d echo,PFT,spirometry test,ECG,stress test 2or3 times. all tests are fine but facing problem continuously since 5 years. I feels worse difficulty in breathing in night. In day it is not even present there. I was okay in last 1 year but symptoms are appearing from last 5 days...done everything consulted many doctors done all test but there is no improvement. Please give  me recommendations.

My father tested covid postive on 24th april then we hospitalized him and was discharged after 5 days of treatment. Its been a month but his spo2 level when resting is below 94 and improves when he exercises and whenever he rests it falls back to low spo2 level. How long will it take to get his spo2 levels back to normal? Is this normal or is there any underlying condition.

Hello Doctors, we all are going through the pandemic and I have just recovered from covid-19. We have heard cases where 2-3 members of same household has been died in the second wave which was not heard in first wave. So, I just want to ask  whether it was their bad luck that they fell into 10 pc of probable death category or they were affected by a more lethal strain of COVId -19 which took their lives? Please share your thoughts.
