Chest & Breathing Problems

Dear Doctor, I have recently recovered from covid, but there was pain at tonsillitis are two days back but now its not there but Again little pain and tight ness in chest ribs area unable to sit on sofa with out back support I have astama . At the time of covid I used inheler, palmoclear tabs and antibiotics, and vitamin tab. Please suggest why the pain is there and body parts shakes at sleeping time.

I am suffering from post covid ,chest x ray shows prominent bronchovascular markings,as i take medicine conditions are okay,after medicine stops dry cough starts,i am worried what is the reason behind it,please suggest

The patient is showing moderate covid symptoms. Is fasting needed before d dimer, LDH, CRP, CBC test?

My grandfather is fully vaccinated 15 days before. Today I just random check his spo2 is showing 92 & 90 in sleeping position. No fever no cough nothing any symptom is there. What should be the next step for him. He has dibeties and high BP.

My dad was diagnosed with lung TB in March and has been on the prescribed medication ever since. I'm attaching 2 xrays one from march and one from May.
