Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello. I'm having breathing issues. Like I am not able to take deep breaths. I have been yawning alot since day before yesterday and in that situation it's hard to breathe. However I don't have any other symptoms. Plz suggest who should I refer- physician or pulmonologist? Also plz share if you can tell anything about why it's happening. I'm really worried . Thanks

The patient is stable after covid 19. NO COUGH .STABLE BREATHING . After recovery 1 month chest x ray report is mentioned below .. CRP TEST -NEGATIVE CHEST X-RAY REPORT BILATERAL SCANTY INFILTRATIONS OF MIXED NATURE WITH FEW IRREGULAR BREAKDOWNS. GROSS BRONCHIAL CATARRH WITH PROMINENT BRONCHOVASCULAR MARKINGS. HILAR SHADOW HEAVY. HEART SHADOW NORMAL. LEFT COSTOPHRENIC ANGLE SLIGHTLY BLURRED. Is there any matter of concern?

My mother have allergic cough sometimes wet and sometimes dry and feel and exhausted after cough please suggest

Myself recently recovered from Covid-19, almost 38 days back, still having chest problem, particularly when walked on stairs (10 steps) and immediately my O2 level drops to 85 and plus shoot upto 120 to 132. Although after 10 min my said parameters became normal ie O2 94 to 96 plus 110 approximate. Please guide suitably

Hi.my wife is facing post covid pneumonia ...her lungs will effected 75 percentage.for that she is taking medication too from 15 days.but she felt not good... what she feel is nose blockage,severe throat pain,full body numbness with weekness and difficult in breathing,shevarings...she felt like some cool fulid release on between lungs ... and on that time heart beat rising isit a serious condition? Right now she is using nintib150 and Prednisone. for soar throat she doesn't use anything? How to control throat pain and what about the fluid? How to test lung health at home? I have seen on YouTube and on WhatsApp forwards where it was mentioned that if you can hold your breath for more than 1 minute then you have healthy lungs.. is it true? BTW, I can hold my breath for 1 and half minutes.
