Mild chest pain
I have a mild chest pain ( right in the centre of the chest). Should I be worried? I am 26, recovered from covid a month ago, and am 25 kgs over weight. Due to recent lifestyle change, I have a high stress job, and have gained 2-3 kgs in the last 2 weeks due to improper eat and schedule. I have a persistent pain in the chest since a day, very mild and my shoulders ( above elbows) are also hurting.
