Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi doctor, My son is 3 years old and getting cough sometime after he wakeup in th morning , when he do running at evening and sometimes in middle of night. Apart from that he is active.The above symptoms are not continuous sometimes there is no cough in a day. This cough happens intermittently since 2 to 3 months . What will we do in this case? I am afraid he is having asthma as his o2 level drops 2 times at 93-94 range

Done all tests including PFT, chest xray, ultrasound, all normal but i feel chest tightness 2-3 times in a month, what is the reason. Please suggest

Before 6 weeks I had initially got a mild fever around 99 deg with dry throat. Then I recovered in 3 days, after that I had fever again which was high around 102 with whooping cough, went to hospital they have treated me with paracetamol through veins and fever slowly reduced after 3 days. Took xray, cbc blood test and crp. They said xray looked no significant observations and cbc is also normal. CRP rate was 23. They prescribed augmentin 625 for a week. Fever subsided but cough still continues. CRP and CT has been taken. They said it is also ok and diagnosed as post viral cough syndrome uacs. Now they prescribed ventolin powder inhaler and I started taking it. Cough is better but chest feels heavy. Plz find attached the reports and let me know your opinion

Hi, I'm currently doing my PT course which includes various exercises and task. From last week I'm feeling extreme pain in my chest musles. It's at lower lungs side. I feel the pain while breathing and doing any work. I have had the tablets for gas problem but it's get fine. Please share the medication and tell me about the possible problem. If any specific massage is suitable in this situation you can suggest that. Thank you.

How many days should I take trenaxa in tb treatment I am taking it 3 times in a day as said by doctor but for how many days should I continue it my tb treatment has started 2 days ago

Im suffering from tuberculosis since 2 months but the doctor has given me only 3 content medicines of rifimpicin isoniazid and ethambutol hydrochloride and not included pyrazinamide in it. I don't have any other comorbidity too like liver issues..so how long will my treatment take time? Will it take longer than 6 months if pyrazinamide content is missing in it? Or should I get one with pyrazinamide content?
