Chest tightness
Done all tests including PFT, chest xray, ultrasound, all normal but i feel chest tightness 2-3 times in a month, what is the reason. Please suggest

Get 2 d echo ecg done .. if that’s also normal And apart from chest tightness if u don’t have any other symptom, practice deep breathing exercises/ use incentive spirometry to increase your lung capacity And avoid spicy foods and maintain proper timings of food and have adequate timely 8 hrs of sleep… Practice these to get relief from your symptoms
