Chest & Breathing Problems

My mother had hypercalcemia post covid. Kidney biopsy showed ATIN. No abnormal band in immunofixation SPEP. Lymph nodes sabcarinal, hillar in PET scan and CT scan. Lung biopsy showed negative TB. Doctor diagnosed her with sarcoidosis as ace level was high. She is on dexa steroid and have develeoped swelling in face and in legs. Protein is 5.8 and albumin 2.8. Calcium reduced to 7.5 now and platelets suddenly raised to 388. Although no granuloma was resulted in lung biopsy but doctor diagnosed her with sarcoidosis due to raised ace level. Is there any further test I need and hot to eliminate the swelling caused in her legs.

While cleaning the bathroom, my husband unknowingly mixed bleach and a tile cleaning liquid and that gave a very strong smell..He came out of the bathroom and then cleaned after ten mins. But he is having little cough and chest tightness after that. He is getting continuous burping. He drank Electral after that. His oxygen levels are normal-98. Is it anything to worry? Please advice

I need to get my gallbladder removal surgery done under general anesthesia on November 1st.. Can I go for it? How months after using CPAP machine, I should go for surgery to remove the risk?

Hi doctors, I am attaching my Ct report. Is the infection getting cured or is it increasing? Covid symptoms like fever and sore throat came on 29th June. Tested positive for covid on 3rd July Treated for covid pneumonia. Tested negative for covid on 16th july. Please let me know regarding by CT REPORT done on 23rd July.

Hello doctoe. I was covid postive in may and recovered with at home with mild lung pneumonia. I was also on blood thinners and stopped post the D-Dimer came out normal. Post covid I had no cough or cold however had phelgm coming and continue to spot black streaks in phelgm. This is not always and mostly just once in the morning. I had consulted a pulmonologist and was asdvised to take cbc and chest xray. He asked me to take CT only if i have cough which is not the case. Everything is normal in the xray and blood reports. However I can continue to see the black streaks in the phlegm. Is it a common post covid reaction? When should I worry? Are there any further diagnosis required. Pic added for attention.
