Why mtb test of tb is done although but you already know about afb positive so please tell mr dr sahab why mtb test is done

Hi Doctor TB Patient can sleep in AC Room..? Did he can take cold water and curd and coconut water. .? As i am suffering from this since a long time and now its difficult to be in this state i am taking medicine then i am ok and if not then the conditions like worst ever such runny nose continous sneezing and headache this is the main problem which i have too face daily if medicine is not taken. Please suggest I took Allegra M, montek lc and cetrizine they works for a day and then the same issue if not taken

I have been born and brought up in Mumbai however last year i spent in Pune with good weather and clean air. I am a post covid patient. I was using pirfenex for two months. Recently my dr changed to idofnib 150 (2times) a day. But from that time my stomach is upset.doctor told me to take eldoper along with enterogermina. Will my upset will recoveis it becos of idofnib? Shall i continue with idofnib? TIA
