Chest & Breathing Problems

Doctor, When I use a nebulizer with respules taken directly from the refrigerator, the medicine is very cold and it causes sneezing and throat irritation. What is the solution to avoid this problem ?

My Seroflo 250 inhaler expired two months ago and I would like to know whether it is still safe or effective to use after the expiry date.

I do echo about 3 months ago. In those time I had a spike in blood pressure 140/92 and with severe anexity and echo says mild pah (TRPG 41 mmhg) . But after 1 month of propanonol and more of 2 months without any medication I do echo and it says normal study ( TRPG 22 mmhg, TAPSE- 26 mm). What should I do now. From last 20-25 days I have a pain in my upper middle right chest but I feel that pain only when doing any movement or stretch my chest.But the pain bearable and not so severe.But from last 3 days sometimes in middle I feel I have to take deep breathes and I feel shortness of breathe while playing or climbing stairs which I don't used to feel before.I had done MDCT chest CT scan without contrast 3 months ago because I had too much cough at that time but it came normal.Right now I don't have any cough but this breathing issue and little bit pain in upper right chest which is related to movement.So what could be the reason and what should I do now?

Congested chest leading to difficulty in breathing since Saturday night. Have taken steam 2 times yesterday.

Doctor, I still have asthma and sticky mucus along with a minor dry cough. My symptoms have improved about 80% but have not fully resolved. What should I do next to completely recover ?

Sir/Madam I have accidentally dissolved MUCINAC 600 Tablet ( acetylcysteine ) in honey water and drank the solution. Is it serious or will have any negative effects... Awaiting the answer. Thanks in advance

I did all blood test( including vitamin d,b12,tsh,t4,cbc,crp, etc)ecg,tmt ,ct chest,pft ,ct brain , upper GI endoscopy Every reports are good My heart rate is between 65 to 72 Doctor said all reports are ok But I feel dizzy, hangover, heavy head , breathless/ heavy breathing during climbing stairs,weak legs etc I am on medication propanolol10, clonozopam0.5 and paraxtine 12.5 My main problem is heavy breathing during climbing stairs or walking and weak legs I visited to cardiologist, pulmonologist but nothing found One of pulmonologist suggests me inhealer but after use I feel more breathless..then another doctor said your lungs are fine ,no spasms so don't take inheller Could you guide me what is the cause of my issue?

I am having cold and cough for more than 1 month and constant mucus coming out of throat.Mucus is clear. Chest congestion of cold there.Took antibiotic course from doctor but still cold remains same and it has been more than a month.Should I need to get evaluated with pulmnologist? Current medication  foracort and montelukast but problem is for more than a month.
