Chest & Breathing Problems

After consulting a very Good Pulmonologist I am advised to take the following Medicine such as Pulmoclear and Combihale and Abevia SR .I am feeling better . However I have a high IGe Levels. Does this medicine control it ? Please advise .

Sir my father is copd patient from 5 yrs now he complained extreme fatigue no fever 6 days ago suddenly edema in feet is seen and hospitalised on 15-4-26 Doc says MODS is present Started merrobe injection and doxyaeq inj on bipap Xray of yesterday and today is attached . Pl advice further

For my cough, I first took Clavam 625 three times daily for 5 days, but it did not improve. Then I took Levocetirizine 5 mg for 10 days, which improved it by about 80%. After that, I took Ebastine 20 mg and Montair 10 mg once daily for 10 days, and it improved about 90%. Still, I occasionally feel throat irritation/itching after eating or running, mainly in the lower throat/upper chest area. My doctor then prescribed Foracort 200 Synchrobreath twice daily for 15 days. It has been 9 days so far, and the irritation is still present occasionally, though I am about 95% better. Sometimes deep breathing triggers the irritation. Sometime I do not even feel like I have a cough. Chest X-ray is normal and Truenaat is normal.no cough is present while coughing.. after taking foracort sometime little cough comes out.. but i want clear throat . Please help... What can i do.. no chest heavyness nothing .. only cough.. dry cough ent doctor said.. please help..

It’s weird but One of my relative picked her nose with very big nails and gave me food after that.this is 10 years back.i get health anxiety that her nose cell implanted on my lips..my lips produced mucus like thing after that at that moment.is that possible?

I am planning a work-related relocation and wanted to understand whether continued exposure to high pollution levels could worsen these symptoms long term. Would it be medically advisable to consider relocating to a city with better air quality? Also, please suggest any precautions, tests, or treatment options I should consider.

Hi Doctors, I have MDR TB and is taking prescribed treatment from a govt TB center for past 8 months of a 18 months regimen . However for last 1.5 months, i have developed a persistent dry cough again . I want to understand whether this is normal occurrence during long term MDR - TB TREATMENT or is it could be concerning? Also , i would like to know whether coughing is a mechanism through which TB bacteria are expelled from the body , and hence normal ? Also had a CT SCAN , indicating active infection please suggest , i have attached the CT SCAN Results
