Chest & Breathing Problems

Sir “I have had breathing problems for about 6 years. When I walk fast or travel, my breathing becomes very rapid, I get very tired, and I develop a severe headache all over my head. Sometimes the headache is so severe that I cannot even move my head. The headache does not go away quickly. Inhalers have not helped much. My basic tests are normal, and my HRCT chest is also normal. Which specialist should I see for this problem, and what further tests may be needed .

Sir, PFT is scheduled at 2 pm so at what time should I take the inhaler or no for that day. Pls guide. Regards

Im an asthmatic person. Right now my asthma is well controlled. Im currently 36 weeks pregnant. Last check I got diagnosed with gestational hypertension. My gynae prescribed labetatol 100 mg twice a day. Is this tablet will suit me or it will trigger my asthma. Im taking it for past 2 days as of now I'm ok only. Any suggestion for asthma friendly bp medication or should I continue this? .

I had a viral fever 3 weeks ago, but chest tightness lingers. Have a little wheezing sometimes have trouble taking in air. Stethoscope examination ruled out any congestion. Heart area is a little painful. Should I be alarmed, or is this normal post viral inflammation that goes away over time? I'm 37 F normal weight, exercise daily.

I have cough from 15 20 days first it was dry then came up mucus and nose nose congestion and was was coming in sinus also now mucus got less. but cough still happens some times my cbc was normal only esonophill raised 7.6

My son took Accutane (isotretinoin) (20 mg) for about 2 weeks. Shortly after starting it, he developed significant dryness and discomfort. He stopped the medicine about 35 days ago, but symptoms are still present and fluctuate in severity. Eyes: He has dry and sometimes painful eyes. Eye drops provide temporary relief. He feels the left upper eyelid is producing little/no oil or no tears and feel pain in the eye, doubts about MGD. His eye examination showed 6/6 vision, normal fundus and normal eye pressure, with dryness diagnosed. Internal body dryness: He has persistent dry mouth and throat with very less saliva in mouth, sticky/dry lips and dry nose, with a feeling of dehydration even after drinking ample water, like body not retaining moisture and problem in mucus membranes.Sometimes he wakes during sleep because of dryness. He experiences heavy breathing and internal dryness problems. Guide us about any specific solution or medication for these issues or any test perhaps.
