Chest & Breathing Problems

I'm diabetic (h1bac 7.4) and taking treatment. At time once in while I used to have breathing problem and got tested with treadmill and other tests and all come normal. I take Esiflow 250 inhaler 2-3 puffs and it becomes normal. From recent time I'm having this frequently specially when I wake up in the morning and/or in the evening time. Esiflow 250 still works but now it's frequent almost once in two days. Day time no issues only majority morning time and in the evening. Please suggest what should I do. Thanks

Dear Doctor, I need advice for a chronic breathing issue ongoing for 2-3 years. Every morning, I experience heavy pain, severe difficulty breathing, heavy chest congestion, and a blocked nose. I pass slippery, transparent-to-whitish, sometimes stringy mucus that feels impossible to clear completely. This used to last 1-2 hours, but over the past few days, it has worsened and now lasts 3-4 hours before returning to normal for the rest of the day. I also have long-standing sneezing fits (at least 3 sneezes in a row), triggered by dust/blankets and occasionally occurring randomly. I do not have sinus pain or headaches. I live in a high-pollution, heavy-traffic area and tend to feel cold easily, preferring to keep my torso covered. Could this be allergic asthma, severe allergic rhinitis, or pollution-related airway inflammation? Please advise on diagnostic tests, appropriate prescription treatments, and management strategies.

Hello Doctor, It started with a dry cough in December 2025. And I have got myself treated by allopathic doctor first ,then homeopathic doctor and later by ayurvedic doctor. I have got all the tests done like TB, face PNS,chest xray,blood test ,angioscopy. But all the reports were perfect. The question is my cough is not healing...I am having issues talking die to continuous dry cough...which recently resulted in mucus cough a week back and a runny nose What am I supposed to do to cure my cough? For the last 1 month, I have recurrent throat dryness and irritation with an urge to cough or clear my throat. Coughing gives temporary relief, but the irritation returns. During daytime it happens around 10–12 times, but at night after lying down it becomes much worse, sometimes every 5–10 minutes, making it difficult to sleep. I have allergic rhinitis and regularly stay in an AC room (26°C) with a fan. My AC has not been serviced for a long time. I have also used Foracort 200 inhaler. Could this be due to post-nasal drip/allergy, sinusitis, silent acid reflux/LPR, asthma, or dust/mold from the AC? What tests may be needed to identify the root cause, and what treatment/medicine would be appropriate?

Respected Doctors, Can we use duolin along with Foracort 400 for rescue ie SOS. Are there any side effects.Regards

My B12 was 118 pg/mL. I received Casinerve Plus (methylcobalamin 1500 mcg IM) in my buttock on Friday evening. From Saturday afternoon, I developed intermittent shortness of breath/air hunger. Last night it became quite severe with chest heaviness. Sometimes when I take repeated deep breaths, I feel dizzy. My SpO₂ and pulse have been normal, and BP has generally been normal, sometimes slightly low. I want to know whether this could be a reaction to the B12 injection or another cause, and whether I should avoid another injection and consider oral B12 or another formulation.

Heterogeneous infiltrative opacities noted in bialteral lungs shows as per Xray report. Coughing from 2 months but no fever .

Sir, Can we take Foracort 400 in the morning the day when we have pft in the afternoon. Pls guide. Regards

If any person has a bronkitis issue, can she take Montair LC or relevant medicine during pregnancy? Please suggest.
