My father had TB twice before and recovered well. For the past few days, he has had a cough. Today, there were some small streaks of blood in his cough/sputum. He also felt a little tightness in his chest. He is not feeling dizzy, and he is eating as much as he normally does. What could be the reason?

It could be sequelae to Previous TB infection. Happens In many patients who had TB earlier. Or it could be reactivation too.
Need to know the duration of symptoms. Is there any fever currently. Is he on any blood thinners? Because mild streaky sputum can happen in infection also while coughing if blood thinners are ongoing.

It could be due to post Tuberculosis pulmonary sequelae
Is patient is having fever then sputum test and CECT thorax is advisable
