Chest & Breathing Problems

Sir my CT scan was done 5 days ago it's showing A large heterogeneously enhancing lymph node mass size 3.2* 2.2cm seen in upper aortocaval and retocaval location. It is partially encasing right renal artery and left renal vein indenting over uncinate process of pancreas. 2 years ago  doctor told it is due to tuberculosis and I was taken medicine more than one year but lymph node didn't reduce just increase .0.2 cm. What is the reason of this. I don't have any other symptoms just weight gain approx 10 kg in just 2 months. Is it needed any treatment or leave as same. What is the reason of rapid  weight gain Please Reply.

I'm 27 y/o. I have this breathing problem since last 2 years, since then i always have an urge to breathe from mouth every few seconds or minutes. Its very disturbing. I always overthink that i might have asthama or some serious breathing issue cause if I don't pull air from mouth it feels like I'll get unconscious.
