Chest & Breathing Problems

I have soreness in right chest along half of the sternum(lower rib joints) starting from the middle chest. Got MRI of sternum and ribs done, xray, USG are fine. Echo is fine. It's been a year..sides of mid to lower sternum is still painful. difficult to wear innerwears too.soreness is painful. Is hrct required ?

If I have stage 2 fibrosis and fatty liver but normal sgpt and sgot level can AKURIT 4 will have some side effect like symptoms increased more like more fever more cough?

Esr is 25 , pain in left side of chest, vitamin d3 level is 3.75. Got ctscan of lungs everthing is normal. Will chest pain in left side go away with vitamin d3 meds or should refer to cardiologist?

I'm taking TB medicine for lymph node tuberculosis, last 3weeks. 1st two week i was using AKT4 , initial 7days was fine low grade fever like 99 -99.5 but last 7Days temperature goes to 101.7. As per weight doctor change medicine now last 4 days I'm having Akurit4 5 tablets daily and temperature now is 99.5 to 100. But the problem is in first 2weeks i gained 2kg weight but now i again lost 1kg. Don't understand why this is happening. Please help me. Is thos because of high dose of medicine? Is there any risk factor

Sir / mam I have been diagnosed sarcoidosis recently. I have mediastinal and hilar lymphadenopathy. Mtb genexpert negative , afb staining negative Symtoms - weight loss , fever , cough , red spot on legs Doctor says there is no cure to sarcoidosis and has given me , i am very worried , what is the life expectancy after sarcoidosis ? Can i live a full life ?

Hi Doctor, I forgot to take tb meds, I was late by 12 hours. This happened two times. 1st time - when i had to take tb medicine in morning, I took in night. 2nd time - when I had to take tb medicine at night, I took in morning. Both the times , the moment I took my tb med, I made sure I take it that very specific time.example - when I took the missed dose at night, I started taking further dose at night only. Hope there is no issue in this.

Echocardiography picked mild pah + moderate Tr... Is this one test alone enough to diagnose pah? What is the life expectancy of someone having mild pah? Is this curable ?

Post  covid  Damaged lung in  covid can be recovered now? Is it possible? What are  possibilities?

A fluid has been accumulated in one of the lungs. So,we are traveling to CMC Vellore. The duration of the flight is approx.2hr 15min.Is it safe for the patient to travel via flight as she is having cough and little bit problem in breathing.
