Chest & Breathing Problems

Sir, i suffering chest pain for past 1 week my D-Dimer value is 1645ng is it very risk whom should i consult is it pulmonary embolism?

For last two months, I'm feeling stiffness in chest below neck especially while getting up from bed. Also there is pain  in the back of chest. My ECG done twice reported normal Given some brain calm medicines by medicine specialist but had to leave in a week post heavy deziness in brain and uneasiness. Ortho referred  physician cum cardio but couldn't get any satisfactory consultancy. Condition improved itself after reducing workload and taking more rest. But after 3-4 weeks, same kind of symptoms started emerging. Not sure whom to consult Oxizen level is also fine. Also short of funds Regards

I have right sided chest pain for last 10 months without cough and breathlessness. Got 3 breast ultrasounds, 3 MRI, 2 XRay, 2 Echo, ECG but all came normal. Can any lung problem persist without cough and breathlessness ?

One month back i have runny nose and breathing cause pain in right side of chest. After a week every thing settled , no pain. After a month i have started gym workout. Now whenever i do intense running ,some pain comes from right side when i breath and automatically settled after rest. What would be the reason , kindly help.

I was suffering from lung allergy from past 4 months & i am getting treatment from one of the senior pulmonologist in my town now I got a query about my health issue I can ask my doctor who is residing in my home town but few weeks back I consulted him to meet him again for small query it cost me fee so I choose this to clarify my doubt . As I said i was suffering from lung allergy sometimes with colder temperature i was suffering from breathing suffocation but recently I got a job which I has to work in Air Conditioned room but my problem is that whether I can stay 12 hours every day in Air Conditioned room or not as well as is it safe for me to stay in colder climates which causing me breathing problems with lung allergy ? Or is there any way I can make myself warmer to work in Air conditioned room ?

My father, age 51 is a post liver transplant patient. In February he was found to have infected with aspergillus. In diagnosis he went through a contrast CT which did not give much details and therefore bronchoscopy was done in which galactomanan test for aspergillus was +ve. Now to know that if the fungus problem is still there, doctor is suggesting for HRCT. Is HRCT safe since I heard that frequent CT scans are hazardous? Isn't bronchoscopy a better option to diagnose the issue? Please guide me.
