Chest & Breathing Problems

I'm experiencing bad breath from several years... visited dentist he suggested there is no problem in the mouth..pls advice me the solution

My son is almost 7 months now, he is super active and playful. Normal hight weight and looks healthy. he started coughing when he was 4.5 months, which looked like fake coughing but increased bit over the time. After 15 days We visited pediatrician who checked and said all good. 15 days passed and he devloped high fever & infection. Had chest xray, dr told LRT infection in lungs, got hospitalized for 2 days & treated with antibiotics. Post 15 days, He still do coughing manu times a day , again dr said he is all good as he is playful and didn't cough infront of the dr. Few days passed but he is still coughing, and devloped fever when we got him for outing. We r so tensed that what exactly cauing it and our son doesn't have any other lung issues.

Breathlessness after loudly talking, suddenly standing up, urinating. ECG, x ray, TB test are normal.

I have been diagnosed with sarcoidosis , and now i am feeling palpitations , fast heart rate. Should i immediately meet doctor ? Doctor please tell me am i going to die due to cardiac sarcoidosis ?

Hi 11 days since covid positive....since 3 days having phelgm in throat chest trying to clear throat and chest but it isn't clearing instead chest pain started so much ...if iam swallowing it's paining if I try to cough it out it isn't coming out instead chest is paining.spo2 shows 92 after sone time again it comes to 97-98 ....it's very difficult to sleep or do any work ...I want my chest throat clear it's very much irritating and painful.using hot liquids etc but no change .28f

What are the symptoms of breathing allergy How can someone know that he is facing breathing problem because of allergy Apart from test?

I had oxygen saturation 99/100 before getting covid. I had only mild covid (had cold and fever for a day,mild cough ) but my spo2 is showing as 95/96 now . Why it got reduced? How long it will take to improve?

Sir/mam I have been diagnosed with hilar and mediastinal lymadenopathy , my EBUS-TBNA was done and mtb genexpert negative , cytology shows granulomatous inflammation, doctor made diagnosis of sarcoidosis , recently i have been experiencing palpitations , irregular heartbeats , fast heart rate , am i suffering from cardiac sarcoidosis ?

Hello Sir, Since long time i am facing breathing problems from nose and mouth. Sometimes i feel very tired also and heavyness on chest due to breathing. Can someone please suggest to whom i should contact. Also i am suffering from nose deviated spectrum from one side so it is another different issue for breathing.
