I had to get routine chest xray done for job requirement I had no problem what so ever and now this is said in my reports, is it something serious. I am not a smoker

There is Rt hilar enlargement. May be due to rotation of the xray,or some enlargement of mediastinal glandsAdvised to consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Based on the short clinical information provided, nothing to worry. As right hilar prominence can be due to rotated x ray film. But Clinical examination and in person consultation with specialist pulmonologist required to give final opinion.
