I had covid an year back. There was no fever but i was admitted in icu because i was not able to breathe and then given steroids.
Since then i am having a problem, i frequently get pressure on my chest and my spo2 decreases upto 92 on diwali time. And my IGE increases upto 2000. I have seen 12 doctors , they give asthma pump like foracort etc. But none of tgem give relief . Only asthalin syrup gives me relief . My question is what is this disease . Some doctors say allergic asthma . I am not able to understand , i am disappointed.
There is heaviness on chest and bit pain and it goes away when i take asthalin syrup and returns again the next day.

A detailed history and PFT can help in this. Allergic issue is there and its a good possibility. Some basic investigation and a cxr can help come to a definitive diagnosis. Dont be disappointed, asthma and allergic issues can be controlled and cured with immunotherapy.
