Covid positive
Hi, I was detected covid positive on 4 july and detected negative on 13 july. I have one problem. I get tired very quickly specially when climbing stairs. I can walk for 20 minutes but if I walk for I get tired and feel heaviness in chest. I got chest xray, d-dimer and crp tests done and all are normal. My spo2 is also 98 always. Do i need to worry? How long it will take to get rid of weakness? Please help. Thanks

They will go slowly. Pl have good diet,exercises, and boost your immunity. Pl do Yoga,meditation and pranayama. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
