Chest & Breathing Problems

I got fibrotic bands while covid. Can I take truebasics lungs detoxify with pulmocare powder will it be ok. Or truebasics lungs toxify has side effects.

I had a high fever (103.5) and now it's normal.I complain about coughing while i breathe out or when i talk.I started mucolite which i feel is helping but i feel itchy.Also because of the high fever i had to start antibiotics.I got a headache when i had a fever but it still continues and it only goes for a bit when i do steam and hot fermentation so i can't understand if it is a sinus attack. I'm very tired and my wind pipe feels inflamed. Please help me

Chest pain, heaviness and difficulty breathing after a mild episode of cough. Problem persisting since 5 years and this happens 4-5 times a year. Has increased lately. Got the chest xray done. Please advise.

Doctors is it confirm tb? This is my report. My fever reduced but cough doesn't after 2 months of treatment. Is that mean it is MDR tb?

FORACORT - Capsule inhalation after food 15 days 5. NEKSIUM - Daily once 1 Tab for 10 days sir , now i have problem of Dry throat and sore throat, since 3days So please suggest the medication for this problem
