Chest & Breathing Problems

I had cold 2 weeks back and have recovered fully from it.since last 3 days whenever I am coughing hard,mucus with grey spots is coming out.I don't smoke at all.Also I had slight chest pain in upper right chest but the pain is felt only while hard coughing or arching my body during exercises.

Upper Chest pain majorly while breathing heavily, coughing and sneezing, laughing...dry cough but no signs of fever. I am getting this pain since last week and half. I am a regular smoker (3 - 4 cigarettes a day)

He gets a lot of coughing especially during nights. He has a problem eosinophils but thats genetic and comes less frequently so i suspect this coughing is not that. He had 1-2 weeks of dry cough and now wet one. But as I see lungs take huge pressure while coughing. It is not lighter one. He said he would soon see a doctor. Can you suggests it can be a physician or pulmonologist for this type.

Hi... I am coughing frequently these days..daily I will have warm water in the morning. But still it's the same...I want to go for complete body check-up.. Can any one suggest me the better hospital for whole body check-up???

My mother is suffering from ILD since 2011. Recently she is facing continuous issues in terms of constant fever and severe weakness leading to increase in breathing problem. She has also got stones in her gall bladder which cannot be operated since her body is very weak. The tests and CT scans show no major problems and doctors are unable top figure out the reasons for the fever. I saw some videos oN YouTube regarding stem cell treatment for ILD. I wanted to understand if it is done in India and is it effective for ILD.

From last few months in facing sputum problem. Earlier I use to smoke and since from last 4 months I stopped! Occasionally 1/mth cigarettes I had smoke there after. Initially I facing sputum on throat on morning wakeup!

I am an asthmatic patient for the past 40 years and had been on homeopathic/ayurvedic medicines. in Dec., 15, I have been diagnosed ABPA and taking voriconazone 200 mg - bd since 1st March, 16. However, fever is not settling (99 degree). Last year, took itraconazole 200 mg bd for six months ending Oct., 15. Please let me know for how long should take voriconazole and when shall the fever settle down. In addition, I am taking nebulizer (duolin 2.5 mg - bd), roflair 500 mmg - hs, montair 10 mg - hs, musinac 600 mg - bd and tiova inhaler - od. please let me know whether any thing else is needed for faster relief from fever.

Hi My friend is suffering from dry cough sore throat and blood streaked sputum in morning. He gets this thing in a specific order. First severe sneezing and cold symptoms for 2-3 days followed by severe sore throat and after 2-3 days dry cough starts. He feels mild congestion in right lung with occassional mild pain. after 2-3 days of onset of dry cough blood streaked sputum starts in morning. whole day he is fine. After 8-9 days the cough resolves and blood streaked sputum also goes. but the same thing is recurring after 3-4 months and in last one year he has such 3 episodes. 2 years back he had similar symptoms, CT Chest Xray, AFB, Bronchoscopy all was clear. suggest what should he do?

My height is 175 cm and weight is 102kg. Please explain me these values and what is my lungs age. Please also inform me about if there is anything to worry about. How are my lungs performing. I have left smoking for past 3 years. How can I improve my lungs functionality.

I took HRCT SCAN, This is the impression in the report- small fibroparenchymal bands in right lower lung lobe. Pain is there for past few months. Please advise, Thank you.
