Chest & Breathing Problems

I am taking bp medicine Telma AM for last 8 months but for last few days I am feeling breathlessness while I am going to sleep .why

I have a pain in both the lungs and feel a bit uncomfortable. I get burps everytime I eat something whether it be a fruit or anything which I eat. I had TB in my right lungs and DVT in my right leg stretched till lungs which has been cured by taking the required medicine. I have done a recent Xray PA view of my chest which is attached here. I have occasional cough coming out. Kindly help.

My mom is suffering from asthma , and it is been 7-8 years now.She takes medicines and becomes fine.But after some time again she facess issue in breathing.Please suggest some permanent solution

Attacked on 2012,problem exists in winter season,was taking meter-dose inhaler as per consultation of doctor Consulted further on severe problem,who gave Dry powder type inhaler with medicines from 2013-2015.No medicine was used from 2015(middle) to 2016(Nov). In Dec 2016,Suddenly attacked,again taken meter -dose inhaler ,DUOLIN-- BP rose upto 173/87,pulse rate 104.Stopped and started dry type inhaler,BP came down to 145/85,PR - 88 in sitting condition.Please advise further medicines to get complete relief.

Since last 10 days, i am feeling suffocated and gets normal when take two three deep breaths but again feeling same when lay down straight to sleep. Always have mild pain on left chest like muscular pain includes left side of neck and shoulder. I have odd schedule (as working in IT industry) Sleeping time 3:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Never felt any severe pain except sudden lack of oxygen. No family record of heart/pulmonary disease.

My sister have very badly right side chest pain, we shown to pulmonologist Doctors, but no use ,we did many test (x-ray,CT Scan,ECG,etc.) all report are clear.please help what should i do.

Hi, I felt sudden electrical shock feel in my left side below breast bone. It's just for 2 seconds and went off. I am a GERD patient and today I didn't had my breakfast in the morning. Please suggest what is that shock and why it's appeared. And I don't felt any other issue during the shock.

I have a swelling in back of neck from approx 4 months..which is now increasing in size,and is painful from past 15 days..it has a black dot on its surface more like a sebaceous cyst ,soft in consistency , tender and mobile ..what is the treatment available for it
