Swelling in back
I have a swelling in back of neck from approx 4 months..which is now increasing in size,and is painful from past 15 days..it has a black dot on its surface more like a sebaceous cyst ,soft in consistency , tender and mobile ..what is the treatment available for it

Hello....... Surgical excision is the only way.. But local examination is required for confirmation of diagnosis... Any swelling is not treated by medicine
You have to consult your general surgeon.... Side is increasing and there is tenderness, it could be infected......
