Neck and back problem
I feel very suffocation and breathing shortness when there is a neck pain occurs and stiffness in lower and upper back(i have cervical spondelysis), even i have ashma, though i have not taken any medicine except inhealer. So can kindly suggest me why it happens and how to slove it specially the breathing issue

Noted your symptoms. Kindly consult a orthopedic doctor for management of Cervical spondylosis. Avoid strong painkillers without doctors advice. You need detailed evaluation of breathing problems and asthma. Consult pulmonologist online for the same.
