Getting awake in sleep
Doctor from Last week all of a sudden i am getting awake in the sleep around 2.00 am and after that i feel asleep for 2 hours y it is happening

Nocturnal awakenings are more common in obstructive sleep apnea, obesity, alcohol consumption, hypertension, gastroesophageal reflux disease and heart problems. improve sleep hygiene, avoid caffeine and heavy meals/exercise before going to bed. further evaluation may be required /consult privately
