Chest & Breathing Problems

I have small lump in my breast and it's floating...What can i do next? Is this normal one? ,............,..........................

I consulted several doctors and did X-Ray test and several blood tests from the last 4years. Recent Test have also shown i don't have an astama. But one doctor told me that i do have some symptoms of bronchitis.But i don't have bronchitis. Then now i am taking homeopathic medicines from last 1year. But it didn't seemed any improvement from last 6months.Even right now i am suffering from breathing problem from yesterday as after i drunk sugarcane juice in the afternoon day before yesterday. Which was quite cold.Even it is paining alot at the bone of the midchest😢. Please, Help me. My parents are also depressed because of my problem. suggest me any specialist in Mumbai as i live in Mumbai.

Due to acidity my chest pains if i touch the spot then the pain get seveir. While sitting more then half n hr the pain starts. I had medacine name Razo for 1 month then also i didnt got any relief.

My father(82years) is suffering from Fever continuous from last 15days. We had all the test and come to know that he is having some black spots in his lungs. Doctor says this lungs febroclosis. Due to this he is Facing respiration issue. Doctor also said that my father is also have Dengu. I am more worried about Lungs issue. Please help me for best.
