Chest & Breathing Problems

I am a sportsman ..My event is Boxing .. For past 2 years I was not practicing much.. now I have put on weight upto 17 kg and my chest is so weak I can't wear any t-shirt.. I m so embarrassed

I consulted several doctors and did X-Ray test and several blood tests from the last 4years. Recent Test have also shown i don't have an astama.
