Chest & Breathing Problems

For last two days, I was having pain in right side chest. Whenever I cough I'm getting pain in right side chest. Most of the times, it is paining simply. Also I'm having small cough leading to very small mucus but it won't come out. Recently (3 weeks) back I was having chest pain in left side. and I checked with doctor for the same. Normal ECG is fine. But in TMT test, I got positive results saying that, I have some minor block in somewhere. So taking cholesterol medicine for now.

Respected Doc, I am mother of 2 children. Age is 50+. I suffer unbearable coughing, feels like I need to cough and throw out the phelgm. Cannot stop the coughing until phelgm comes out. Gives me a lot of pain. Doctor gave me some medicine and advised to use nebuliser. I am not satisfied with my doctor and need to know what's wrong??

I m suffering from cough for 2 years before i always feel cough in my throat some times i see blood in my cough and i consult many dr and my al;l report is ok like chest x ray blood taste . my lever was fatty before 1 year
