Chest & Breathing Problems

I,ve cough and phelgum problem over six months some time it feels all OK but after sudnly cough starts and breathing problem also

She is suffering from chest pain as well as palpitations accompanied by headache. Before the chest pain she was having random swelling on her forehead and head which disappeared in some time.Yesterday she was standing in assembly line and was fainted accompanied by sweating.

I am suffering with Pain at centre of left chest,i went through ecg,2d-eco every thing look good but when I feel tension painstarted and gasses comes out even I eat soft food this pain increases as my tension level increased this happen to all plz advise me

I am a sportsman ..My event is Boxing .. For past 2 years I was not practicing much.. now I have put on weight upto 17 kg and my chest is so weak I can't wear any t-shirt.. I m so embarrassed

Remarks... Apicolordotic view is suggested Pneumonia.both parahilar region and right lower lung pleuro diaphagmatic reaction.both hemidiaphragm.

I consulted several doctors and did X-Ray test and several blood tests from the last 4years. Recent Test have also shown i don't have an astama. But one doctor told me that i do have some symptoms of bronchitis.But i don't have bronchitis. Then now i am taking homeopathic medicines from last 1year. But it didn't seemed any improvement from last 6months.Even right now i am suffering from breathing problem from yesterday as after i drunk sugarcane juice in the afternoon day before yesterday. Which was quite cold.Even it is paining alot at the bone of the midchest😢. Please, Help me. Due to acidity my chest pains if i touch the spot then the pain get seveir. While sitting more then half n hr the pain starts. I had medacine name Razo for 1 month then also i didnt got any relief.
